Altium Associates is an executive search business that was founded in 2009 by Parm Flora and Simon Miller. Both have spent their entire professional careers in talent acquisition, running other successful businesses and sharing a wealth of invaluable experience.
The wider recruitment industry has more than its fair share of agencies and most clients have, at some point or another, had a regrettable experience. Parm and Simon’s partnership was one driven by these values; doing right by the client and the candidate over profit. That remains the case to this day and separates Altium from bigger search firms which charge more and, we believe very strongly, often deliver much less value.
In their own words, the partners have a great deal of “skin in the game” and, along with their team of senior recruiters, they work extremely hard to get the result their clients want and to make everything work out perfectly for all parties.
The best outcome is always win/win/win and, when you work with Altium, it really is personal.
