Over 25 years’ expertise in technology search recruitment across the semiconductor, wireless communications, IoT, emerging technology and enterprise software sectors. Simon has managed key assignments globally for large blue chip organisations through to early stage ventures, including the recruitment of entire design centre teams. Prior to Altium, Simon spent over 10 years with Hamilton Parker International as a Director and Head of the Technology Search Practice.

Former Group Managing Director and Founder of Hamilton Parker International and Aquila Consulting Group, Parm has been involved in executive search for over 25 years. He is highly experienced in executing assignments at senior and mid-level for clients ranging from early-stage technology ventures to established industry leaders. Parm’s assignments have spanned Europe, Asia and the US with recent search projects covering a diverse range of technologies including cyber security, AI, machine learning, UAV systems, wireless semiconductors and optical telecommunications.
